A client (a major seminar company) has asked me to deliver a pair of public seminars in Indiana and Kentucky, entitled “The Manager’s Guide to Employee Development”. In these seminars, I’ll cover basic principles of leadership, staff training and development, and specific strategies for increasing staff engagement. Attendees can expect to walk away with actionable steps, input from myself and their fellow attendees on specific challenges, and recommendations for resources to further their own development and that of their staff.
