I’ll be delivering a series of public seminars on motivation/employee engagement at four locations in Indiana and Michigan between 4 May and 7 May 2015 for a major seminar client. This training is focused on helping both new and experienced managers get the best out of their people – for the benefit of the organization and the individual. I’ll cover some basic leadership principles, give specific strategies for increasing motivation and engagement (employee engagement is at an all-time low in the US workplace!), and facilitate discussions to address specific challenges.
