The following opportunities are internal positions within TSK Group LLC, whether temporary or permanent. Some positions may be contract employment. Please read the job descriptions carefully.

Contract Recruiter I/Admin ($8-10/hr.)

Position code: SK4-R1

NOTE: This is a temporary, contract position, though it may become permanent.

This position is primarily a recruiter (level 1) to start. This includes calling job applicants to qualify them for an interview, calling online job seekers to assess status, calling potential clients to set up appointments, and occasional administrative tasks.

This position will be mostly telephone work.

There is opportunity for this job to expand and change, eventually becoming permanent for an exceptional candidate.

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills (Windows, basic MS Office, etc.)
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent telephone voice

This position is based in the Asheville, NC area. The TSK Group offices are currently undergoing major renovations. During these renovations, this position will be mostly at-home, but the candidate must be local. Once the renovations are complete, the position will be almost entirely in-office. The successful candidate will be capable of working unsupervised, good at following instructions and solving problems, and eager to work.

You must have a computer, e-mail, an internet connection, and a phone line with free long distance.

TSK Group LLC currently has opportunities with NAA in three areas within various markets. All positions require a strong sense of personal ethics, a commitment to personal improvement, and the ability to work without direct supervision.

Part-time Sales (up to $30,000+)

Position code: DR6-PS

The part-time sales agent is responsible for assisting clients in balancing their family's needs and available budget. The agent assists with paperwork and guides the application through the approval process.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working transportation

A new agent averages approximately $300 commission per case. Training is provided. No experience required.


Full-time Sales
(up to $75,000+)

Position code: RJ9-FS

The part-time sales agent is responsible for the complete sales cycle on Mortgage Protection, Retirement Protection, and Life Insurance sales. The agent is expected to average 3+ sales per week to remain in the lead program.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working transportation

A new agent averages approximately $350 commission per case. Training is provided. No experience required.


Business Development Team
(up to $250,000+)

Position code: DN1-DT

Business Development Team members are responsible for learning and demonstrating proficiency in the full sales process, as well as locating, recruiting, and developing talent in key markets. The BDT members' pay is commensurate with the size and productivity of the team they develop.

BDT members work directly with senior leadership in NAA.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurship attitude
